Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the payment.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Stripe, bank transfers, Monzo, and cash.
For cash deposits, arrangements will be made to meet at a mutually convenient location.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 14+ days before the tour: full refund.
Cancellations 7–13 days prior: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days: unfortunately, no refund is possible.
Tours may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, museum closures, etc.) with a full credit toward another date.
Age & Accessibility
Tours are generally suitable for all ages.
Some locations, particularly gardens or outdoor spaces, involve gentle elevation.
Please contact us in advance if you have mobility concerns so we can ensure the tour is comfortable.
Liability & Safety
Guests participate in tours at their own risk.
We follow all local safety regulations and advise guests to wear appropriate footwear, especially in gardens and outdoor areas.
Art Hop Madeira and its guides are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during tours.
Privacy & Data
Your personal information (name, email, payment details) is used solely to manage bookings and send occasional updates about tours and events.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
