Art Hop Madeira – Policies

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the payment.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, Stripe, bank transfers, Monzo, and cash.

  • For cash deposits, arrangements will be made to meet at a mutually convenient location.

  • Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the tour: full refund.

  • Cancellations 7–13 days prior: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: unfortunately, no refund is possible.

  • Tours may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, museum closures, etc.) with a full credit toward another date.

Age & Accessibility

  • Tours are generally suitable for all ages.

  • Some locations, particularly gardens or outdoor spaces, involve gentle elevation.

  • Please contact us in advance if you have mobility concerns so we can ensure the tour is comfortable.

Liability & Safety

  • Guests participate in tours at their own risk.

  • We follow all local safety regulations and advise guests to wear appropriate footwear, especially in gardens and outdoor areas.

  • Art Hop Madeira and its guides are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during tours.

Privacy & Data

  • Your personal information (name, email, payment details) is used solely to manage bookings and send occasional updates about tours and events.

  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

  • You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
